Dr. Claude Diderich, CEFA, FRM, NPDP, is an Executive Director in the Investment Management department of UBS Wealth Management & Swiss Bank. Before he was a manager in the Financial Services Practice of Deloitte Consulting in Zurich, Switzerland. Previously he was head of investment process and portfolio analytics at a major Swiss private bank in Zurich, Switzerland where he was developing innovative investment solutions for institutional and private investors with a focus on the underlying alpha generating investment process. Before Dr. Diderich worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management where he designed and implemented different successful asset allocation and fixed income investment products and the associated investment processes. Dr. Diderich holds a doctor es sciences and a masters in computer science engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. He is a certified EFFAS Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager, FRM certified, and a certified New Product Development Professional. He is a fellow member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), a lifetime member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and a member of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA). When not working as an investment professional, he devotes his time to sports photography. His photos on numerous sporting events, such as the 1998 Nagano, the 2002 Salt Lake City, and the 2006 Torino Olympic games have been published in Swiss and foreign publications. He is a member of the International Sports Press Association (AIPS).
